REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

01

Digital Courses

Courses purchased through the Platform are primarily provided as digital content and are made available through your user account.

Course access may be provided immediately after successful payment.

Because digital courses cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, refunds are subject to the terms below and to your statutory consumer rights.

02

Cancellation Right

As you choose to receive the digital course immediately, we will obtain your express consent to begin supplying the course immediately and your acknowledgement that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins. This is consistent with the rules governing digital content supplied during the cancellation period.

At checkout, this may be presented as:

“I request immediate access to this digital course and acknowledge that I will lose my statutory right to cancel once the course is supplied.”

Where you have provided the required consent and acknowledgement and course access has begun, you generally will not be entitled to a refund solely because you have changed your mind or no longer wish to take the course.

03

Change-of-Mind Refunds

Once access to a course has been provided, we generally do not provide refunds where the reason is simply a change of mind.

Examples include:

  • You no longer want the course.
  • You have decided that the course is not suitable for you.
  • You have changed your mind after purchasing the course.
  • You have started or completed part of the course.
  • You no longer have time to complete the course.
  • You purchased the course and subsequently decided not to use it.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

04

Faulty, Incorrect or Misrepresented Content

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

If a course is materially:

  • not as described;
  • not of satisfactory quality;
  • not fit for a particular purpose where applicable; or
  • affected by a material technical problem,

you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. UK law provides statutory protections for digital content regarding quality, fitness for purpose and description.

Where reasonably possible, we may first attempt to correct the issue, restore access, or provide a suitable replacement.

Where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy as required by law.

05

Loss of Access

If you have purchased a course but cannot access it because of a technical problem attributable to us, please contact our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore your access.

If we are unable to resolve a material access problem within a reasonable period, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

06

Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally been charged more than once for the same course due to a payment or technical error, please contact us.

After verifying the duplicate transaction, we will refund the duplicate payment.

07

Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For payments made through PayPal, refunds may be processed through PayPal.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

08

09

Refund Requests Are Not Automatically Approved

Submitting a refund request does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Requests will be assessed according to this policy, the circumstances of the purchase, the status of course access, and your applicable statutory rights.

We will not use this policy to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If applicable law provides you with a right to a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, or another remedy, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.

11

International Customers

If you purchase a course from outside the UK, additional consumer protection laws may apply depending on your country of residence.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply to your purchase, nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict those mandatory rights.
