Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• Account means the registered user account created to access the Platform.
• Content means all educational materials, videos, lectures, documents, quizzes, graphics, images, text, software, code, logos, trademarks, and any other material made available through the Platform.
• Course means any educational programme, digital course, workshop, assessment, downloadable resource, or learning material made available for purchase or access through the Platform.
• Platform means the PsychExcel website, applications, software, services, APIs, and all associated functionality.
• Services means all products and services offered by PsychExcel through the Platform.
• User means any individual accessing or using the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must satisfy the following requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• If you are under the age required to independently enter into legally binding agreements in your country of residence, you must obtain the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian before using the Platform.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• You agree to update your information whenever necessary to keep it accurate.
• PsychExcel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, purchaser, learner, and any other person accessing the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to:

• comply with these Terms;
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes; and
• refrain from any activity that could interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

PsychExcel may revise or update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• changes in applicable laws or regulations;
• improvements to the Platform;
• introduction of new features or services;
• security requirements; or
• operational or business changes.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to certain Services requires the creation of a user account.

Registration is currently available exclusively through Google Sign-In.

When you choose to authenticate using Google, you authorize Google to share certain profile information with PsychExcel in accordance with Google's privacy settings.

Depending on your Google account settings, we may receive:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your profile photograph.

Your Google password is never shared with or stored by PsychExcel.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Google account remains secure.

You agree not to:

• impersonate another individual;
• create multiple fraudulent accounts;
• provide inaccurate information;
• allow another person to use your account.

Each account is intended solely for one individual.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

You agree to:

• keep your Google account credentials secure;
• immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access;
• log out from shared or public devices;
• use reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use.

PsychExcel shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to adequately secure your account.

Certain Services require payment before access is granted.

By purchasing a Course, you agree to:

• pay all applicable fees;
• provide accurate payment information;
• comply with PayPal's payment terms;
• ensure that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Course prices are displayed on the Platform and may change at any time.

Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Taxes, currency conversion fees, bank charges, and foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your jurisdiction and payment provider.

Following successful payment verification, you will receive access to the purchased Course in accordance with the access period specified on the Course description page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• access is granted only to the purchasing User;
• access may not be transferred;
• access may not be shared;
• access may not be resold.

PsychExcel reserves the right to modify, improve, update, or replace course materials as part of ongoing educational improvements.

Such updates do not entitle Users to refunds.

Upon successful purchase, PsychExcel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased Course solely for your own personal educational purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Except where expressly permitted by law or by written permission from PsychExcel, you may not:

• copy Course materials;
• record videos;
• download protected videos;
• reproduce documents;
• translate Course content;
• publicly display Course materials;
• distribute Course materials;
• commercially exploit Course materials;
• sublicense any Course;
• rent or lease Course access;
• reverse engineer any software used by the Platform.

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the licence granted under these Terms.

Each Course licence is issued to one individual only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• sharing login credentials;
• allowing multiple individuals to use one account;
• simultaneous access from multiple unrelated users;
• purchasing Courses on behalf of others for shared access.

PsychExcel employs reasonable technical measures to detect unauthorized account sharing.

Where account misuse is reasonably suspected, we may:

• temporarily suspend access;
• require identity verification;
• terminate the account;
• refuse future purchases;
• permanently revoke Course access without refund where intentional misuse is established.

You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

• violate any applicable law;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• harass or threaten others;
• upload malicious software;
• distribute viruses or malware;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with Platform security;
• scrape or automatically extract content;
• bypass technical protection measures;
• engage in fraudulent payment activity;
• upload illegal or offensive material;
• impersonate another individual;
• use automated bots without our written permission;
• reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

You must use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Platform and all Content made available through it, including but not limited to videos, lectures, text, graphics, course materials, software, source code, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, assessments, downloadable resources, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to PsychExcel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, no part of the Platform or its Content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, published, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.
